Insomnia and sleep patterns
I have a very strong track record in helping clients overcome insomnia and improve their sleep patterns. So often people have lived for many years with this problem, which can be easily sorted.
Calming relaxation for general well-being or for pregnancy/childbirth.
Elimination of phobias
