Using Clinical Hypnosis, I work with clients via online sessions who are committed to change. Hypnotherapy can help with areas such as:

I feel it's important to understand that you don't have to 'believe' you can change, you just need to 'want' to change. The belief kicks in once you see change beginning to happen.
Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool, however, I do not have a magic wand! You will need to work with me, for instance, by listening to a download.

I set up the Cirencester Hypnotherapy Centre in central Cirencester in 2014 so that clients wanting face to face sessions could see my very well qualified colleagues, as some people do not want online sessions.
